ALL REGULAR-PRICED ORDERS SHIP WITHIN 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS, ALL SALE ORDERS ARE PROCESSED IN ORDER AS THEY COME IN. IF ANY PURCHASED ITEMS ARE ON BACKORDER CUSTOMER WILL BE CONTACTED VIA EMAIL.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. However, you have our full commitment to servicing you. Please keep in mind holidays and weekends DO NOT count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time as scheduled.

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. If you receive your hair extensions and are not happy how they look or feel you may return them to us for your money back minus shipping if applicable. Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. We honor this for up to 10 days after purchase(10 days = date package left our facility to date return is received). Orders returned after 10 days will be sent back to the customer.

Hair must be in the original state the same as it was sent to you.

We do not refund shipping charges.

For altered products (bundles are unwrapped / extensions have been worn) all sales are final.

Please note that our online store is separate from our store, therefore online orders cannot be returned for in-store credit and they must be refunded to their original form of payment or online credit only. Online orders cannot be exchanged in-store.
